Founder - Caner ATAŞ

Hello! I'm Caner ATAŞ, born in Eskişehir in 1993, and I embarked on a journey filled with art. My passion for drawing began during elementary school with charcoal sketches. In 2005, my life took a transformative turn when a friend gifted me Maya 7 Personal Learning Edition. Even without internet access, I delved into the program, teaching myself the ropes. Later, I ventured into the realm of Photoshop, showcasing my creativity in this field.

After completing high school in 2011, I continued my education in the Computer Engineering department at Yıldız Technical University. Concurrently, I started volunteering at Renderevi Animation Studio to continuously refine my skills. Alongside architectural visualization, I gained experience in 4D simulation films, animation projects, and render farm management. Additionally, my lifelong dream of game development took its first steps with the Unreal Engine at this studio. In the following years, I expanded my horizons by working in various game studios, film/TV sets, agencies, and diverse industries. Throughout this journey, I dived into research in areas such as Game Design, Narrative Design, Post Production, VFX, AR, VR, and e-sports. I read hundreds of articles, examined dozens of books, and learned from numerous individuals to reach where I am today. I combine the foundational software skills of a computer engineer with my passion for the arts, taking daily steps towards bringing my dream game projects to life.

In summary, I'm a Lead 3D Generalist and UAI with 11+ years of industrial experience in the CG, gaming and movie industry. I also provide voluntary lessons on 3D modeling, Unreal Engine, and post-production. Also, a multidisciplinary designer specialized in game development, gamification, and digital visualization. I've also gained valuable experience in team management, which I effectively apply to my projects. I'm excited to collaborate and continue growing together!

Art Team Lead - Fatih KIYMAZ

Hello! I have had the opportunity to work as a VFX Supervisor in the production industry with prominent figures such as Uğur Dündar, Savaş Ay, and Cem Yılmaz. The experience I gained during this period led me to specialize in visual effects and production processes. Later, I transitioned to the Virtual Production sector and specialized in Unreal Engine, where I played a role in significant projects. By participating in projects for prestigious companies such as Ford, Pluxee, Netflix, and Protex, I honed my skills in producing technological and creative solutions.

I continue my career in the game development ecosystem, aiming to create innovative games by combining the knowledge I have accumulated with my artistic and design approaches. As the Art Team Lead at Nonereal Games, I lead creative projects and strive to deliver unique experiences to players alongside my team. My passion for teaching allows me to share my knowledge and experiences through Unreal Engine courses. By offering courses both privately and on Udemy, I aim to inspire future game developers and equip them with the necessary skills. I believe in the power of education and take great joy in contributing to the community through my work in this field. My inquisitive nature in art and design constantly drives me to explore new technologies and methods. I am committed to continuously improving myself and integrating the latest solutions into my projects. This innovative approach ensures that the games we develop at Nonereal Games are not only entertaining but also technologically advanced.

In every role I undertake, my goal is to create an environment where creative ideas can flourish and turn into reality by blending creativity with technical expertise. Whether I am developing a new game feature, leading a team, or teaching a class, my mission is to inspire and encourage others to achieve their best.
